About Us

Beta Shale, LLC is an opportunistic investor in the oil and natural gas industry.  In addition to ownership interests in wells in the Arkoma and Delaware basins, the company currently owns 1,559,910 shares of PHX Minerals Inc. ("PHX") stock.  The stock was purchased with the belief that PHX has opportunities to improve.  We will continue to pursue active communication with PHX and may grow our position in the company.
